  • What is Performance Training?

    Our Performance Training Program gives players born 2013-2019 the foundation they need to become confident, capable, and resilient movers. Led by CSCS‑certified Coach Luke Jenkins, the program focuses on building coordination, balance, rhythm, body control, and overall physical literacy through fun, engaging, age‑appropriate training.

  • What is the time commitment?

    8 Sessions lasting 1 hour  

  • Is Performance Training different from Soccer Practice?

    Yes, expectations for the players in Select soccer are higher. There will be two 1.5 hour practices per week with two weekends per month set aside for games and tournaments. Select players are selected through tryouts. 

  • What age aroup does select soccer apply to?

    Boys and Girls with birth years from 2013-2019


  • When are Signups?

    Sign-up anytime before training begins.

    There is one cost for the sessions, whether you attend all of them or not. 

  • How many Players do you accept?

    Space is limited to the first 50 Players who sign up. 

  • Are players expected to attend every Training?

    Yes, if a player cannot make a training, the coach must be notified with as much advance notice as possible. While it is expected that a player will be at each practice and game, it is accepted that sickness and special occasions may mean a player misses an occasional practice or game.  No refunds for missed training.

  • Is there code of conduct for players and parents?

    Yes. AIFCTN has written codes of conduct for players and parents. Player and Parent Code of Conduct 


What is the cost to participate in Performance Training?


8 (1 Hour) Sessions: $100
